What's for Dinner? Part 4

Today I'm going to let you know about some of the other meals I have planned for the weeks ahead.  Twice a month we have a soup and sandwich night.  It's kind of like a break night for me.  In the colder months we have more soup and in the warmer ones we have more salad.  It's an easy meal to make and I usually do a hot sandwich like grilled cheese on wheat or hot ham and cheese on wheat.  My kids don't like white bread!

I also make Manwich sloppy joes, spaghetti and breakfast for dinner once or twice a month.  Since I pre-cook the meat, prep is really easy for the Manwich and spaghetti.  I can't tell you the sanity it saves!  Ways to make it special are baking your own bread, freshly grated Parmesan and made from scratch pancakes like these.

Since I am not scrambling around trying to figure out what's for dinner and I've done some of the prep work it allows me to let my kids in the kitchen and have them help.  They love to help!
