If you had told me ten years ago that I would be married with four kids living in the town I grew up in writing a blog and sewing frogs I would have laughed. I had my sights set somewhere else. I dreamed of singing and traveling and living a life far away from here. But I'm here and I couldn't be happier. Was I meant to be a homemaker and domestic diva? I think so. It feels so right. I am blessed beyond words. So here are a few pictures from my Homecoming Weekend. It was nice to see old friends and make some new ones. That sort of thing happens when you graduated with over a thousand people. We had the best time!
We went to the parade on Thursday afternoon, the weather was perfect. The football game and tailgating party on Friday night was fun but exhausting. We learned that Jack doesn't care too much for football games yet. Ethan got to sit with one of his friends from basketball which made it really cool for him. Saturday we had a formal dinner at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum and then went out for drinks afterward. It was kind of Night at the Museum-esque and way cooler than I thought it was going to be. Getting to sit in the cockpit of an F14 wasn't too shabby either!

Here we all are at the parade. Love my family! |

Regan loved watching the Homecoming Court girls drive by. |

Tailgating is always more fun with Angry Bird stickers. |

Jack was not a fan of not being able to run around and I think Dale wasn't too happy with it either! |

Here I am in the F-14! What a fun night! |

He was so excited to get to sit in there, he was the first one! |
