Ellie was Cinderella for her first Halloween. I kept the dress for Regan but she was too big for it when I pulled it out for her. So whats a mom to do with a cute little dress? Why use it to decorate her daughters princess room of course. Items needed:
- Decorative Hanger- I got mine on sale at Hobby Lobby for $1.24 each.
- Any cute dress up clothes that go with the room. The Disney Store has great discounts after Halloween and you can find those cute costumes for 75% off sometimes!! Buy some for next Halloween or for dress up or for a birthday present or even just because.
Hang your hanger up on the wall with the cute outfit on it and you're done. In the girls room this is part of their house area.
We watched Cinderella today and I thought I'd share with you why I like this movie.
- "Oh Poppycock" a phrase that Ellie has integrated into our family lingo.
- She can get more stuff done in one day than I could in a week, that house is huge!!
- For such a clean house it has mice.
- The ugly stepsisters are members of the Itty Bitty Titty Committee. It just makes me laugh that they made a decision to make the mean girls flat.
- The boy mice wear shirts but not pants, however the girl mice have bloomers on under their dresses and bows on their tails (I really have seen it a lot).
And yes this bald headed gal is Ellie.
